摘要
•A novel low-dimensional CdS/TiO2 nanocone/Ti heterojunction (CTNC) was fabricated.•In situ irradiated KPFM confirmed the formation of a type Ⅱ heterojunction of CTNC.•The conical shape of TiO2 enables efficient separation of photogenerated charges.•CTNC exhibited superior TC degradation performance and stability on both sides.
