摘要

•QUE/PRO cocrystals were produced by GAS process using ethanol as solvent.•GAS + ethanol induced the formation of micrometric QUE/PRO cocrystals.•QUE/PRO cocrystals produced by GAS had better dissolution than pure quercetin.•GAS cocrystals enhanced the quercetin dissolution in approximately 1.5-times.•QUE/PRO cocrystals produced by GAS had adequate particle size and surface area.
