摘要
Uncomplicated type B aortic dissections are associated with a risk of significant aneurysm progression and aortic death during follow-up. Preventive treatment for patients with poor prognostic criteria is currently debated and is a Grade IIB recommendation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the mid-term results of endovascular treatment of high-risk type B dissections compared with the optimal medical treatment.
