摘要
•Oxygen corrosion of EH36 and Q235 is inhibited by H. titanicae.•H. titanicae’s aerobic respiration is different from its anaerobic respiration.•Oxygen concentrations is reduced by H. titanicae aerobic respiration.•Corrosion inhibition effect by H. titanicae on EH36 is weaker than Q235.•EPS and corrosion product films play a key role in corrosion inhibition.
