摘要
The regulation of physical and chemical properties for paper-like graphene films can broaden their application fields and enhance their practical value. Here, we propose a synergistic strategy of annealing treatment and chemical reduction, effectively regulating the oxygen-containing functional groups on reduced graphene oxide (rGO) films, constructing the rGO films with a conductivity range of 109-13488 S m-1. As electrode materials of supercapacitors, the resulting rGO films exhibit gradually improved capacitance performance with the conductivity decreases. Ultimately, the rGO films can obtain a specific capacitance of 181F g-1 at 0.2 A g-1 (81.8% capacitance retention rate at 20 A g-1). Besides, for infrared stealth, the infrared emissivity of the rGO films with different conductivities exhibits significant differences, expected application in thermal camouflage. Therefore, we believe that the conductivity regulation strategy of the rGO films is expected to enrich the performance parameters of the films, broadening their application fields.
