摘要

Participants welcomed the digital tracking technology, although compliance with collection dropped with time. Postoperative step counts appear a promising tool to identify patients suitable for early discharge from hospital and those in the community needing extra support. More work is needed to understand which measures are most useful and how best to collect these.
