摘要
•The monolayer nanoporous graphene oxide supported ionic liquid membrane was proposed.•The NPGO-[EMIM][TF2N] membrane has a CO2 permeance of ∼104 GPU and no CH4 passed with 11 Å thickness.•The cations are suspended above the pore center to dynamically modulate the pore size.•The enhanced selectivity is attributed to the synergistic effect of cations and anions.
