The objectives are to present the short-term effectiveness and tolerability of a healthy lifestyle intervention (HLI) + metformin vs HLI alone from the Metformin for overweight and OBese chILdren with bIpolar spectrum disorders Treated with second-generation antipsYchotics (MOBILITY) trial, and to illustrate how alternative models for data analyses are complementary in a pragmatic trial.
