摘要
Cortical thickness alterations in bipolar disorder (BD) and borderline personality disorder (BPD) partially overlap. However, research on cortical alterations in youth with BD and comorbid BPD is lacking. Further, neurobiological markers of vulnerability in those at risk of developing PBD are absent. This study aims to investigate the relationship between cortical thickness and borderline features in youth with pediatric bipolar disorder (PBD) and offspring of parents with PBD (BD-OFF).
