1.45 Characteristics of Adolescent Anorexia Nervosa Before and During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Journal of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry(2023)
摘要
During the COVID-19 pandemic (COVID), there was a well-documented increase in patients presenting for treatment for anorexia nervosa (AN). It is not yet fully established whether illness characteristics during this time differed in clinically meaningful ways. Clinical characteristics of AN include weight, distortions in cognition, and restrictive eating behavior. We compared teens with AN presenting to a research clinic before COVID with those who presented during COVID.
