Effect of Nb 2 O 5 Oxide on the Formation of Phases and the Magnetodielectric–Magnetoresistive Correlation in Bi 0.5 La 0.5 MnO 3 ± σ Solid Solutions

Results are presented from studying Bi 0.5 La 0.5 MnO 3 ± σ solid solutions modified with Nb 2 O 5 . Structural, microstructural, magnetodielectric, and magnetoresistive properties of the solutions are investigated in a wide range of frequencies and temperatures. The correlation between the structures of the ceramics, their dielectric properties, and their behavior in a magnetic field is established.
