摘要

•IgG-MIP was synthesized using a peptide crosslinker and a thiophilic monomer.•The template protein was completely removed under mild conditions.•The polymer has a high adsorption capacity (790.2 mg/g) and a high IF (5.2).•IgG and mAb were successfully separated using the MIP.
