摘要

•(Cu) + Ti5Si3 composite filler with foil form was developed by arc melting mixed-powders.•Large number of in-situ synthesized Ti5Si3 reinforcements were distributed uniformly.•Ti5Si3 reinforcements relieved the stress, and the shear strength of the joint reached 125.6 MPa.
