摘要

•Ag2S@P@M-A was constructed to achieve sonodynamic-immune combination therapy.•Ag2S@P@M-A induced ICD by NIR-II fluorescence-guided SDT.•Combined with MPLA, Ag2S@P@M-A activated immune response and inhibited tumor growth.•The Ag2S@P@M-A worked synergistically with anti-PD-L1 antibody.
