•A novel Thin film of N-ferrocenylmethylaniline have been deposited by electrodeposition and Immersion technique.•The electrical behaviour of the semiconductors films was evaluated.•A Novel Electrochemical detector of H2O2.•N-ferrocenylmethylaniline/FTO as a catalytic for methylene Blue degradation under sunlight irradiation.
