摘要

•A series of p-n PrFeO3/ZnO heterostructures were synthesized by the hydrothermal method.•The effect of external magnetic fields on concurrent photocatalytic removal of Cr (VI) or/and Phenol-red was investigated.•Approximately 96.4% of Cr (VI) and 99.6% of PR were simultaneously removed by PrFeO3/ZnO at 0.5T of Magnetic field.
