An Enzymatic MgO Film Glucose Sensor and Potentiometric Sensing Measurement

摘要
A magnesium oxide (MgO) thin film glucose sensor was proposed, which used enzymes to modify the MgO layer and deposit MgO on a flexible printed circuit board by a radio frequency sputtering system. Due to the combination of MgO and enzyme, the sensor has excellent glucose-sensing ability. Measured by the voltage-time measurement system, the average sensitivity of the glucose sensor is 11.60 mV/mM, the linearity can reach 0.98, and the repeatability and selectivity experiments have verified that our glucose sensor has superior stability and anti-interference ability.
