Coordinated Optimal Dispatching Method for Distributed Energy Storage and Distribution Network Under Multi-time Scale

In order to ensure the efficient and stable regulation of the operation state of the distribution network, a coordinated optimal scheduling method for the distributed energy storage and distribution network under multiple time scales is proposed. In the day ahead stage, the day ahead dispatching model is established with the safety of the distributed energy storage distribution network as the constraint condition and the minimum grid loss and peak shaving as the objective function, and the day ahead dispatching results are obtained by combining the particle swarm optimization algorithm; In the intra day rolling stage, the MPC is used to create an optimal dispatching model. The minimum error between the predicted output values of the connection power and the charge state of the stored energy is taken as the objective, effectively tracking the day ahead contact line plan value, and obtaining the regulation sequence through rolling optimization to realize the adjustment of the day ahead optimal dispatching. The intra day rolling adjustment can be fine tuned in the intra day real-time stage. The experimental results show that this method can effectively complete the coordinated optimal scheduling of distributed energy storage distribution network, and optimize the scheduling effect from different time scales.
