Resistorless Wave Filter Design employing DXCCDITA

This paper illustrates an active filter design using modern current mode building block termed as Dual X Current-Conveyor Differential Input Trans-Conductance Amplifier (DXCCDITA) and few MOS transistors. In this proposed wave filter technique, only MOS transistors are used for the realization of active block DXCCDITA and passive components. An elementary series inductor is realized using three MOS based resistor, a grounded Capacitor and two DXCCDITA. The proposed wave filter is designed for fifth and sixth order low pass filter and well verified through PSPICE simulation using 0.18 µm CMOS technology parameter.
