摘要

A system, based on a needle-to-plate electrode configuration with gas bubbling was designed for underwater plasma treatment of levigated and saturated waters. Properties of generated plasma were investigated by electrical and optical emission spectroscopy methods. Preliminary tests on the abatement of heavy metals in aqueous solution were carried out.
