摘要

•A UPLC-MS/MS method was developed and validated for the determination of ICO, OSI, GEF and DeGEF in human plasma.•The run time of 3.5 min was relatively shorter than previous methods.•The method was successfully applied to routine therapeutic drug monitoring in Chinese patients with NSCLC.
