Hematopoietic cell-based and non-hematopoietic cell-based strategies for immune tolerance induction in living-donor renal transplantation: A systematic review.

This review demonstrates that chimerism-based hematopoietic strategies induce immune tolerance, and a substantial number of patients are successfully weaned off immunosuppression.
