摘要

Preservation of morphological characteristics of fungi in Petri dishes is a laborious process that requires constant renewal. Here, we propose a method to vitrify Petri dishes using resin. Epoxy resin vitrification was a cheap and fast method that preserved the morphological characteristics of the fungi mycelia.
