Deep-sea stratum drilling robot is an emerging technology equipment in the field of subsea stratigraphic exploration. It can carry sensor arrays into the interior of the stratum and move autonomously within the stratum to conduct long-term exploration and monitoring operations.Based on deep-sea stratum drilling robot—"Drillgon" developed by us, this paper firstly builds and analyzes the valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder model, and then proposes the electro-hydraulic control system of the robot, which can precisely control each unit of the robot. Finally, the electro-hydraulic control system is analyzed and verified through simulation.
