摘要
•The Shangsi Fm. strata in the Wuliping deposit display high Re (12.61–93.13 ppm).•High Re accumulate in neither sulfides (e.g., molybdenite) nor organic matter.•Our results reveal that Re is mainly adsorbed by kaolinite.•The Wuliping deposit is a new type of ion-adsorption Re deposit.
