摘要
Background and Aims: It is thought that, in the UK, FH individuals from non-European ancestry backgrounds are underrepresented in lipid clinics, and likely missing out on LDL-C-lowering treatment. While this could be due to socioeconomic factors, it is possible that the prevalence of FH-causing variants differs between these ancestries. We examined this in the UK Biobank study.
