摘要
Coronary artery disease (CAD) assessment is fundamental in the preoperative work-up for liver transplantation (LT). The CAD-LT score is a risk-factor-based tool to identify patients at a high-likelihood of obstructive CAD on invasive coronary angiography (ICA). Recent guidelines advocate for an increased role of computed tomography coronary angiography (CTCA) in this patient population. This study sought to assess the utility of the CAD-LT score in patients who underwent pre-LT CTCA, and evaluate whether it obviates the need for ICA.
