Transcatheter renal denervation (RDN) for hypertension has inconsistent efficacy due to the lack of a physiological procedural end-point. This study hypothesised that effective microwave (MW) RDN can be recognised intraprocedurally by abolition of aorticorenal ganglia (ARG) stimulation responses.
