Introduction: The aim of this phantom study was to investigate the effect of using ultra-high resolution (UHR) versus calcium removal reconstruction (PureLumen) on the accuracy of coronary artery stenosis evaluation, in comparison to virtual monoenergetic reconstructions acquired at standard resolution (SR) with photon-counting detector CT (PCD-CT).
