Reproducible Coronary Artery Calcium Scoring On Photon-counting Detector CT
Journal of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography(2023)
摘要
Introduction: Coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring using the Agatston score method is a well-established method for calcium quantification. However, this method is known to have suboptimal rescan reproducibility. For energy-integrating detector (EID)-CT, a new, multivendor validated protocol has already been proposed. This study aimed to assess the reproducibility of photon-counting detector (PCD)-CT-based CAC quantification and to propose a new standard protocol with lower radiation dose and higher reproducibility.
