摘要
•Interfacial thermal transport of multilayer GBN heterostructures are analyzed by NEMD.•The tunable ITC of the heterostructure is achieved by modifying interface morphologies.•Interface engineering for composition diffusion, defect density and distribution patterns, hydrogenation, and isotope.•ITC can be improved significantly by hydrogenation and composition diffusion.
