摘要
This paper proposes a fast crossbarwise IR-drop compensation scheme that does not require retraining or additional circuits for high parallelism analog RRAM array based CIM. The proposed method recomputes the conductance matrices based a compact model and maps the updated conductance matrices. Also, this paper demonstrates the hybrid precoding system for 5G/6G communication system based on analog RRAM array. The results show that the proposed IR-drop compensation schemes can effectively recover the sum-rate of hybrid precoding
