At present, the distribution network system mostly adopts neutral point not grounded mode operation, with the continuous development of the urban power grid, the utilization rate of cables in the urban network is getting higher and higher, most of the public substation outlet has been mostly or completely changed to cable lines, so that the capacitance current of the distribution network system increases sharply, when the occurrence of single-phase grounding arc overvoltage, resonant overvoltage will directly cause harm to the distribution network equipment personal safety, for this reason, this paper is based on the single-phase grounding disposal of a distribution network in a certain area. From the level of main network and distribution network, a series of methods and strategies to improve the rapid disposal of single-phase grounding are proposed, so as to provide technical support for improving the single-phase ground fault handling capability of distribution network lines.
