EtHg inhibited ETS CI-linked and consequently the ETS after 6 and 12 h of treatment. After 24 h, EtHg increased the granularity of the PBMCs, the sub-G1 phase, the indices of early apoptosis, reactive species (RS), and decreased the dehydrogenase activity and the G0-G1 phase of the cell cycle. After 48 and 72 h, EtHg increased the size and decreased the dehydrogenase activity of the PBMCs.
