摘要
Introduction: The optimal management of pediatric craniopharyngioma patients remains controversial and it shifts between a gross total resection (GTR) and a conservative approach with radiotherapy. Even though the morbidity and complications associated with these treatment modalities are well known, there are no studies that compare neurocognitive and quality of life outcomes between these options. We examined the change in neurocognitive and quality of life (QoL) scores over time in pediatric craniopharyngioma patients treated with (GTR) versus limited surgery followed by radiotherapy (RT)
