摘要
•Ktrans and Ve I/C ratios measurement from ultrafast DCE-MRI can be independent predictors of pCR in patients with HER2+ BC.•A large pre-NAC kBPE difference between two breasts is strongly associated with residual disease at completion of NAC.•The ratio or difference of kBPE between two breasts can provide more effective diagnostic and prognostic markers.
