Research on Electricity Information System Collection Technology Based on LEO Broadband Communication Satellite

摘要
Considering the application in smart grid of low earth orbit broadband satellite communication technology, here, a on-site electricity information collection method suitable for power systems is presented. In view of the characteristics of system sensing layer, network layer and application layer, a network layer built based on satellite internet communication links is built, as well as a communication architecture for electricity information collection based on low earth orbit broadband communication satellites is also designed. Besides, a communication interface scheme between the electricity information collection system and satellite internet is devised. Under the requirements of the electricity information collection system application, the communication protocol stack of the low earth orbit satellite system is defined and an efficient data collection solution for the blind area of public network signals is provided. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this scheme are verified through the field pilot test.
