EGFR co-mutation is associated with the risk of recurrence in invasive lung adenocarcinoma with the micropapillary component

摘要
Patients with the MPP component harbored the co-mutation of driver genes had a higher risk of recurrence after surgery, especially in patients with EGFR co-mutation. EGFR co-mutation was a significant prognostic factor for RFS in patients with the MPP component.
