Development of Broadband Spectrum Monitor

摘要
This paper provides a scheme for broadband spectrum monitor with small size. The spectrum monitor is mainly composed of broadband RF receiver front-end, software defined radio (SDR) processor, broadband frequency synthesizer and signal recognition processor. The working frequency of the broadband RF front-end is 6-18GHz, which realizes the expansion of the frequency band of the SDR processors. The input power range is -85dBm similar to-30dBm. When receiving 5G NR standard signals with bandwidth of 400MHz, the EVM of RF receiver front-end is less than 2.1%rms. The spectrum monitor combined with RF front-end and SDR processor uses machine learning algorithms to build signal processing platform, which can realize fast and intelligent spectrum monitoring system. The test results show that the modulation signal recognition success rate is over 95%.
