Appendix: Levy Measures and 1-Cohomology

摘要
In this short appendix, we describe a relation between 1-cohomology and Levy-Khintchine decompositions in the case of an abelian group. This observation allows us to obtain with the Levy measure an explicit description of the 1-cocycle associated to a markovian semigroup of Fourier multipliers.
