摘要
There is no scientific congruence on how innovations produce successful results in the fight against corruption and which capacities are relevant for this scenario. The objective was to systematize how dynamic capabilities determined organizational innovations in the Brazilian justice system to fight corruption. The research was carried out in stages. Firstly, we analyzed 131 practices for improving Brazilian justice under the Innovare Award. Secondly, we studied the case of the "Lava Jato" Operation involving document analysis. Thirdly, we conducted 18 interviews. The results cover some axes of theoretical gaps, namely organizational innovations to fight corruption determined by the dynamic capacities of identification, mobilization and transformation. Scalability was shown in an unprecedented way and human, technological and relational resources were more relevant. The proposed model is pioneer in Brazil. It offers a rich possibility for institutions that comprise the justice system to direct resources and allocate capacities to generate innovations in the organizational environment to support the fight against corruption.
