摘要
The recent systematic review and meta-analysis by Guéroult and colleagues reports the long term outcomes of fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair (FEVAR) based on the pooled raw data of 37 individual studies including a total of 4 371 treated patients. 1 Guéroult AM, Bashir A, Azhar B, Budge J, Roy I, Loftus I, et al. Long term outcomes and durability of fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair (FEVAR): a meta-analysis of time-to-event data. Eur J Vasc Endovasc Surg 2023 in press. Moreover, target vessel patency was high, up to 93% at five years. Hence, they concluded that long term outcome data for FEVAR seem reasonable. Long Term Outcomes and Durability of Fenestrated Endovascular Aneurysm Repair: A Meta-analysis of Time to Event DataEuropean Journal of Vascular and Endovascular SurgeryPreviewDespite widespread use, long term outcomes for fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair (FEVAR) are uncertain. This meta-analysis reports long term survival, freedom from re-intervention, target vessel patency, and one year sac regression after FEVAR. Full-Text PDF Open Access
