摘要
In wireless communication, Full-Duplex (FD) is considered as a crucial method for boosting spectral efficiency. An inexpensive passive reflecting array called Intelligent Reflecting Surface (IRS) is utilized to increase spectral efficiency. Another interesting approach is called Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA), which also increases spectral efficiency by enabling simultaneous transmission of users' data at the same time and frequency. The combined impact of the FD-NOMA system assisted by the IRS is examined in this study. This combined effect makes decoding at the receiver difficult and has an impact on the communication system's Bit-Error Rate (BER) performance. Co-channel interference and self-interference have an impact on the performance of the proposed system in FD mode. To reduce interference in FD mode and Successive Interference Cancellation (SIC) in NOMA, a Hierarchical decoding receiver architecture is suggested. The proposed combined system's achieved rate and BER performance are examined and contrasted with those of traditional NOMA and IRS-aided NOMA system.
