摘要
In literature, most studies considered that the importance of all sensors was identical. Their primary objective is to optimize the number of operational sensors. However, the contributions of sensors are different. This happens due to diversity in the contributions of sensors, particularly in terms of network connectivity and surveillance quality. For example, the sensors deployed around the sink nodes are more important than the others since they play an important role for forwarding all data to the sink nodes. In addition, the sensors deployed in a dense region are not as important as the ones deployed in a sparse region. This is because the failure of the sensor in a dense will not impact the surveillance quality since the other sensors can take over their sensing tasks. This research introduces a method for recharging energy named CSCP. The CSCP mechanism suggested in this research schedules the mobile charger to recharge the sensors based on their impact on network connectivity and surveillance quality, intending to optimize surveillance quality. The results of the performance analysis indicate that CSCP outperforms the previous research.
