Synthesis of biogenic cadmium sulfide nanoparticles (MR03-CdSNPs) using marine Streptomyces kunmingensis - MR03 for in-vitro biological determinations and in silico analysis on biofilm virulence proteins: A novel approach

•Cadmium sulfide nanoparticles synthesized using Streptomyces - MR03, newly reported marine strain.•It produced MIC and MBC value of 0.7812 μg/mL against clinical isolates.•500 μg/ml has 60% free radical scavenging activity in DPPH assay and 30% NO assay.•400 μg/mL controlled biofilm formation and 100 μg/mL drastically reduced Pseudomonas aeruginosa virulence factor.•Docking study also shows that CdS ligand molecules stop biofilms forming.
