摘要

•A new strategy to high-throughput screen active peptides from Douchi was developed.•Two novel α-glucosidase inhibitory peptides (IC50: 0.12–0.13 mg/mL) were identified.•Four novel ACE inhibitory peptides (IC50: 0.04–1.39 mg/mL) were identified.
