A piezo-triboelectric hybrid nanogenerator based on charge pumping strategy

摘要
Proposes a piezo-excited triboelectric nanogenerator (PE-TENG) which achieves the direct coupling of the outputs from two different types of nanogenerators by charge pumping strategy. The peak and average power of the PE-TENG are 5.9 mW and 2.1 mW, respectively, which are boosted by 222.5% and 706.6% compared with the conventional hybrid piezo-triboelectric energy harvester.
