摘要

•We report an automatic analytical framework for the WSIs of bone marrow aspirate smears.•We provide a pyramid segmentation network to automatically locate ROI based on prior pathological knowledge.•We design a sampling algorithm of patches and an evaluating network for patch quality and embed it in the framework.•We evaluate the size of the patch images and improve the cell detection model.
