摘要

•MOFs-based micro-nanostructure covering RGO nanoflakes (NRGO-ZIF@CoFe) is designed.•Marked inhibitions on heat and smoke releases are discerned by using NRGO-ZIF@CoFe.•Evidently suppressed emissions of toxic gases are found by adding NRGO-ZIF@CoFe.•Contrast with previous works corroborates its excellence in reducing fire hazard.
