P25 Complication rates among patients undergoing concurrent hysterectomy with adnexal surgery versus adnexal surgery alone for benign adnexal masses

For patients undergoing surgery for an adnexal mass, there is a paucity of data surrounding the risks and benefits of performing concurrent hysterectomy with adnexal surgery versus adnexal surgery alone if the mass is determined intraoperatively to be benign. The purpose of this study is to determine the rate of complications among patients who undergo hysterectomy and adnexal surgery versus adnexal surgery alone for benign adnexal masses.
